ACE Foundations 1: Mastering Your Life

This foundational program provides approximately 32 hours of ICF-accredited training (28 CC + 4 RD hours). Through the ACE Ontological Coaching Model, students master self-leadership, move past self-limiting inner dialogue, and develop skills in mindfulness, resilience, authenticity, and empowerment. This is the first step in ACE's three-step pathway to professional coach certification.
